  • Build CesiumAstro’s employer presence within the German and European aerospace and advanced technology markets through relationships with universities, technical institutions, professional organizations, industry networks, and talent communities.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience that reflects CesiumAstro’s culture, mission, technical ambition, and growth trajectory.

Job Requirements And Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field with a minimum of 9 years of related experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Human Resources, workforce planning, or a related discipline.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with executives, technical leaders, hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues across multiple locations and time zones.
  • Professional proficiency in English required; German language proficiency is strongly preferred.
