You'll make an impact by

• You support the strategic development of our sustainability initiatives by conducting research, analyzing data, and benchmarking best practices from peer organizations and industry leaders
• Building on this, you monitor circularity-related topics by tracking market activities and staying informed about relevant events and developments
• Additionally, you contribute to effective project organization by managing our content repository, coordinating regular meetings, and ensuring follow-up on decisions and outcomes
• In close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you help align sustainability strategy initiatives across departments
• Finally, you prepare impactful materials such as presentations and briefing documents for leadership, capturing and documenting key insights from our partnerships
  
  

This Is How You'll Win Us Over

• Education: You are currently enrolled in a degree program in sustainability, economics, environmental management, or a related field
• Experience and Skills:
• Initial practical experience and theoretical knowledge in sustainability, circularity, business intelligence or analytics
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot
• Comfortable working in multinational environments and virtual team settings
• Ways of Working: You demonstrate strong team skills, are highly organized, and work independently with a willingness to take responsibility
• Languages: Excellent written and spoken English skills; German language skills are an advantage
