The Role
The Role
- Methodically gather, structure, and document functional and technical requirements
- Create and maintain Epics, Features, User Stories, and acceptance criteria in close collaboration with departments and Product Owners
- Evaluate requirements, identify, and resolve conflicts between stakeholders
- Support the Product Owner in prioritizing and further developing the Product Backlog
- Collaborate closely with development teams on backlog refinements and the implementation of digital solutions
- Support functional tests and accompany the introduction of new solutions and processes
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
- At least two years of professional experience as an IT Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or in requirements management
- Experience in methodical gathering, structuring, and documentation of requirements
- Knowledge of agile and classical project methods
- Proficient in Azure DevOps or comparable tools
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a structured and solution-oriented approach
- Flexible working hours
