No layers, no bureaucracy. You'll report directly to the CEO and work closely with all three founders from day one.

Requirements

Language: German - Business fluent (C2), English - Fluent (C1)
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in fintech or SaaS
- A track record of closing new business
- Native-level German and very strong English
- Experience selling to non-technical decision-makers
- Based in Munich or ready to move
- Own a number: Run full-cycle deals with banks and M&A boutiques across Europe — from qualified meeting to close.
- Build the outbound motion: Sharpen targeting, messaging, and qualification — then help us build the SDR team around it once we raise.
- Run the commercial playbook: Discovery questions, deep-dive structure, offer logic, upsell paths into existing accounts.
- Be in the room: Represent us where our buyers actually are — industry events, banking networks, the M&A community.
- Close the loop with product: Sit close to our CTO and ensure feedback from lost deals is integrated into the roadmap.
