About The Role

This is a high-impact, generalist role sitting directly alongside the CEO — one of the first commercial hires at an early-stage AI SaaS company building an enterprise content platform for AI-driven discovery. You'll span sales, operations, and company-building, with a strong commercial focus from day one.

What You'll Do

• Support and own parts of the sales process end-to-end, from prospecting through to closing enterprise deals.
• Work directly with the CEO on strategic and operational priorities across the business.
• Contribute to go-to-market initiatives, including content, positioning, and outreach.
• Build and iterate on internal tools, workflows, and web assets using AI-assisted development and CMS platforms.
• Take on cross-functional responsibilities as the company scales, shaping processes and team culture early on.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of full-time work experience, ideally in a consultancy, agency, or startup environment.
• Fluency in both German and English — essential for client-facing work and internal communication.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor — a firm requirement.
• A track record of having independently built something: a startup, product, side project, community, or audience.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment with a bias toward action.
• Experience with CMS and design tools (e.g. Framer, Webflow, Figma) is a strong plus.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

Total compensation of €65,000–€130,000 per year (base plus sales-related variable). Equity of 0.5–1% is also on offer. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
