The Role
The Role
- Analyze, design, and shape complex system architectures considering scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Specify interfaces and ensure seamless traceability from stakeholder requirements to system design.
- Ensure the functionality of overall systems and compliance with IT security, data protection, and compliance guidelines throughout the development process.
- Evaluate technical solutions, advise internal and external stakeholders, and coordinate closely with all project participants.
- Independently plan, manage, and report status for Systems Engineering, development, and testing activities.
- Support system integration and verification to ensure successful implementation of technical requirements.
- Successfully completed studies in computer science, systems engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in Requirements and Systems Engineering, ideally following the V-Model XT.
- Sound knowledge of Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and UML modeling.
- Familiarity with tools like DOORS NG and Enterprise Architect, or willingness to quickly learn them.
- Analytical thinking and a structured, conceptual approach.
- Strong communication and moderation skills for successful collaboration with various stakeholders.
