Data Center Project Development Manager - #2638172

• Process Control & Oversight: Monitor and align all project phases within the team framework. Enforce stage-gate approvals, milestone tracking, and cross-workstream integration.

• Supplier & Vendor Management: Oversee EPC contractors, equipment suppliers, and subcontractors. Track performance against KPIs/SLAs, manage deliveries, and resolve contract issues.

• Technical & Engineering Alignment: Support design leads in BIM coordination, value engineering, and compliance with DC standards (Uptime Tier, PUE, redundancy). Validate supplier technical submissions.

• Construction & Site Coordination: Work alongside construction managers to enforce schedule, budget, HSE, and quality protocols. Facilitate real-time issue resolution and change control.

• Commissioning & Handover Support: Partner with commissioning teams for FAT/SAT, system integration, and load testing. Ensure documentation and training meet team-approved standards.

• Stakeholder & Reporting Coordination: Serve as the central link for grid operators, vendors, IT clients, and regulators. Drive governance meetings and deliver consolidated progress/risk reports.

Core Focus: Integrated process control, supplier performance management, and seamless team coordination from site activation through operational handover.
