We're looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to become the first dedicated CSM in a fast-growing, VC-backed technology startup serving enterprise customers in construction, procurement, and supply chain industries.
This is a unique opportunity to build the Customer Success function from the ground up, work directly with founders and senior leadership, and play a key role in shaping both customer outcomes and product direction.

This role involves daily communication with German-speaking enterprise customers and stakeholders. Native-level fluency in German and professional fluency in English are mandatory requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for enterprise customers
- Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring rapid time-to-value
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customer stakeholders, including senior executives
- Understand customer needs and represent their voice in product development discussions
- Help customers achieve measurable efficiency gains and cost savings
- Deliver training, best-practice guidance, and strategic support to drive platform adoption
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to improve the customer experience
- Take ownership of projects, build scalable processes, and contribute to company growth beyond your core responsibilities
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, Consulting, Implementation, or a similar customer-facing role
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence interacting with senior stakeholders and C-level executives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive, empathetic, and customer-first mindset
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented with a desire to thrive in a high-performance startup environment
- Experience or exposure to construction, procurement, supply chain, logistics, or skilled trades is advantageous
- Willingness to work five days per week from our Munich office
