In this role, you will support the rollout of SuccessFactors for Solvd and selected payroll migration activities, helping to integrate Solvd into the Allianz Partners HR landscape through harmonised processes, scalable system solutions and strong delivery discipline.
In this role, you will lead global HR system implementations and payroll harmonisation initiatives, with a strong focus on integrating Solvd into a new HR landscape through harmonised solutions, strong governance and reliable delivery.
Location: Flexible, with a preference for Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global HR IS implementation projects across countries and entities, including integration and harmonisation initiatives linked to Solvd
- Drive payroll harmonisation initiatives in collaboration with HR Operations, HR Tech, IT, payroll and local stakeholders
- Manage project plans, governance, risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
- Coordinate testing, deployment, hypercare and transition into stable operations across multiple countries and stakeholders
- Ensure alignment with Group HR IT standards, governance requirements and delivery expectations
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience leading HR IS or HR IT implementation projects in complex international environments
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, harmonisation approaches and system-related dependencies
- Strong project management, stakeholder coordination and delivery skills across transformation, governance and operations teams
- Experience working across international, cross-functional and matrixed environments
- Ability to use AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve project tracking, analysis, documentation and process efficiency
- Fluent English and confidence working across international stakeholder groups
