Everet Marsh is currently partnering with a leading Corporate Finance & M&A advisory platform in Germany on the appointment of a Senior Manager.

Über die Rolle

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced transaction professional looking to take on a broader leadership role within a growing advisory platform, combining transaction execution, client relationship management and business development responsibilities.

Verantwortlichkeiten

• Lead buy-side and sell-side M&A mandates from origination through execution and closing
• Manage financial analysis, valuation workstreams, transaction documentation and due diligence processes
• Act as a trusted advisor to corporate and private equity clients throughout the transaction lifecycle
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships while supporting business development initiatives
• Lead project teams and mentor junior professionals
• Coordinate external advisors including legal, tax, commercial and financial due diligence providers
• Contribute to the continued growth and development of the platform

Qualifikationen

• 6–15 years of experience within M&A Advisory, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Development or related fields

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Strong track record of executing complex transactions
• Excellent financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities
• Experience managing clients and leading transaction workstreams independently
• Commercial mindset with an interest in business development and client origination
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent German and English required
