Project Manager EMEA (m/w/D)


Your mission


You will be responsible for managing one of our retail promotion programs for a leading consumer brand. Together with our promoter team, you ensure that in-store promotions are executed successfully and deliver measurable results


In this role, you act as the central interface between promoters, retail stores, and our client


Your responsibilities include:


  • Managing and coordinating our retail promotion programs across multiple stores


  • Leading, motivating, and supporting the promoter team in the field


  • Ensuring high-quality execution at the point of sale (POS) in line with brand guidelines


  • Analyzing program performance based on defined KPIs and identifying optimization opportunities


  • Creating structured reports and insights for our clients (weekly / quarterly)


  • Acting as the main point of contact for our brand partners and maintaining regular alignment


  • Ensuring smooth operational execution, including issue resolution, promoter replacement, and reporting compliance


Your profile


You enjoy working at the intersection of people, performance, and retail operations, and you are able to maintain a clear overview even in dynamic projects


Experience & Education


  • 3+ years of experience managing complex projects


  • Experience managing teams, promoters, or external service providers is a plus


  • Understanding of retail processes and in-store operations


  • Experience working with performance KPIs and reporting is a plus


  • A degree in business, marketing, management, or a comparable qualification is advantageous


Skills & Attributes


  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, stores, and promoters simultaneously while maintaining oversight


  • Analytical mindset and confidence working with KPIs and performance data


  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations


  • Excellent communication skills when working with clients, promoters, and internal teams


  • Structured and solution-oriented working style with a strong hands-on mentality


  • High level of ownership combined with a reliable and pragmatic approach


  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with reporting, CRM, or project management tools is a plus
