Area Manager DACH - #2634837

The Fashion & Luxury Team of Randstad Professionals is currently seeking an Area Manager DACH on behalf of a prestigious Premium Fashion Brand.

The candidate will be based in Munich and will be responsible for driving business growth, managing the retail network, and strengthening the brand's presence across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Denmark.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial Growth & Strategy: Define and execute the commercial strategy for the assigned area to achieve turnover and profitability targets.
• Network Management: Oversee and support the performance of points of sale (retail/corners), monitoring KPIs and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure that all stores and partners consistently reflect the premium brand identity, visual merchandising guidelines, and customer experience standards.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze local market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new business and expansion opportunities.
• Reporting: Provide structured, regular feedback and sales reports

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as an Area Manager within the Fashion retail industry.
• Fluency in English
• Strong willingness to travel frequently across the DACH region
• Ecellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, combined with a strong analytical mindset and a result-oriented approach.

Salary Pakage: €65,000 - €70,000 + 5% MBO
