As Analog Design Director, you will own the full design lifecycle for complex Analog and Mixed Signal ICs and lead teams over 30+.

This is a permanent position based on-site in Munich or also open to their sites in Bulgaria, France, Netherlands, Italy, Greece, so relocation is required if you are not based near here.

For this Analog Design Director role, I'm looking to speak with people who can demonstrate the following:

• Degree in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline — PhD advantageous
• 15+ years of hands-on analog/mixed-signal IC design experience, with significant time spent in power management circuits
• Proven track record of leading technical teams of 30+ and delivering complex analog products to market
