Seeking an Enterprise SaaS Project Leader to Accelerate Business Impact

We're seeking a highly pragmatic, execution-focused Project Lead to drive a critical cross-functional recovery and value acceleration program for AEM Sites & Agentic Web. In this role, you'll own end-to-end orchestration across Sales, Customer Success, Retention, Partners, and Business Units, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable business outcomes. You'll play a key role in accelerating adoption, improving pipeline conversion, and strengthening customer retention.

Requirements:

Hands-on program management experience focused on delivery and outcomes

Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar platforms such as Salesforce, SAP CX, or Sitecore is highly desirable

Proven experience leading complex cross-functional programs in enterprise SaaS environments

Fluent German and English speaker

Location Munich
