WE ARE HIRING IMMEDIATELY: Territory Sales Representative (m/f/d) – DACH Region (Munich-based)


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Development and expansion of wholesale distribution across Germany and the DACH region
  • Acquisition of new retail partners within outdoor, ski, and mountain segments
  • Management and growth of existing accounts
  • Execution of seasonal sales cycles, including sell-in and pre-order campaigns
  • Identification of market opportunities and long-term business development
  • Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth within the territory
  • Representation of the brand in line with its premium and sustainable positioning


YOUR PROFILE:

  • Several years of experience in sales within the outdoor or apparel industry
  • Strong background in wholesale (B2B) and retail partner management
  • Established network within the outdoor retail market in the DACH region
  • Solid understanding of alpaca, merino, and performance fabrics
  • Structured, independent, and results-oriented working style
  • High willingness to travel within the DACH region
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Strong affinity for outdoor sports and mountain lifestyle
