Tasks:

• "Developing sophisticated software designs for embedded C++ applications using specialized modeling tools such as UML;
• Programming complex, high-quality embedded applications in
• modern C++;
• Ensuring software quality, security, and extensibility by writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, conducting code reviews in compliance with common coding standards, and coordinating closely with relevant stakeholders;
• Defining clearly structured software architecture that enables developers on an international team to work independently on their components;
• Actively supporting the team to lead it to success, especially in the initial phase;"

Requirements:

• A successfully completed degree in computer science, electrical engineering, business informatics, or a comparable qualification;
• Solid, multi-year experience in embedded software development, particularly in programming with modern C++;
• Excellent knowledge of software design (UML) as well as practical experience in agile software development and quality assurance;
• Experience with real-time operating systems (e.g., Zephyr), device trees, and hardware-level debugging using on-chip debuggers and oscilloscopes;
• Proficiency with communication protocols (e.g., CAN-FD, HTTPS, MQTT) and a good understanding of IoT application security;
• Familiarity with modern, containerized development environments (e.g., Docker);
• A pragmatic, goal-oriented, and self-directed approach;
• High level of empathy and enjoyment of collaborating with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds;
• Strong quality awareness and a proactive, hands-on mindset;
• Excellent written and spoken English skills for working in an international environment;
