To strengthen our DACH sales team (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), we are looking to hire an experienced Accounting Manager DACH (all genders) as of May 1, 2026.

YOUR MISSION

• Participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB accounting standard -
• Support in the preparation of forecasts, budgets, and cash flow analyses
• Performance of budget vs. actual comparisons, ad hoc analyses, and variance analyses  Preparation of internal and external reports
• Active support of the accounting team
• Optimization of cost structures and development of measures to improve operating results  Support during tax audits
• Monitoring and compliance with transfer pricing policies
• Administration and settlement of Green Dot (packaging) fees
• Monitoring and management of insurance policies
• Support in leasing and fleet management
• Process improvement and optimization of KPIs in close collaboration with the finance team and other company departments
• Support and coordination of the system migration from SAP to Business Central
• Process optimization in close cooperation with finance and other departments.

YOUR PROFIL

• Completed degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Finance/ Controlling, or a commercial qualification with further training as a Controller
• Around 5 years of relevant professional experience in Controlling and/or Accounting
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Strong numerical aptitude and excellent analytical skills
• Team player with very good communication skills
• Independent, structured, and detail‑oriented working style
• Strong PC skills (MS Office), in particular excellent Excel skills
• Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
• Openness to continuous personal and professional development
• SAP experience is an advantage
