Sell a product that's already winning. You'll inherit warm, active pipeline and live enterprise customers — not a cold start — and own enterprise sales for our AI tax & audit solution as our first dedicated sales hire, reporting directly to the CEO.
Your market: professional-services firms (Big Four, mid-tier audit & advisory) and the tax departments of large enterprises.
Your job: turn strong pipeline into closed six-figure deals, and build the playbook the next AEs will run.

Our tax & audit solution is live with one of Europe's largest audit firms and we're co-authoring the German DIN SPEC standard for AI in tax and audit. We're profitable and well-funded, with enterprise-grade security certifications (ISO 27001 & TISAX) that open doors in regulated sales.
What you'll do
- Own and close enterprise deals with audit firms and corporate tax departments
- Build relationships with Heads of Tax, CFOs, Chief Compliance Officers, and audit partners
- Run consultative, value-based sales — quantifying ROI against the manual work and audit risk we remove
- Manage long, multi-stakeholder cycles to signature, including PoC-to-license conversion
- Feed customer insight back to product and build our repeatable sales playbook
Must have
- Enterprise B2B sales track record selling tax tech, audit tech, or into tax/audit professional-services firms
- Proven closer of complex, six-figure, long-cycle deals with multiple stakeholders
- Credible with senior buyers — Heads of Tax, CFOs, compliance, IT/security
- Fluent German and English
- Munich-based or willing to relocate
Nice to have
- Network within Big Four / mid-tier audit & advisory firms or enterprise tax departments
- Understanding of tax/audit workflows, GoBD, or regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with enterprise AI or GRC tooling
- Thrives in a founder-led, early-stage, build-as-you-go environment
