Content Manager – Alpha Foods - #2630771

About the Role

We're looking for a versatile Content Manager to own and drive content across our entire customer journey at Alpha Foods. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who can think creatively, manage projects, and execute at a high level. You'll work closely with our design, CRM, and creator teams to bring our brand to life across multiple channels — and you'll embrace new AI tools and technologies to work smarter and faster.

Key Responsibilities

• Advertising creative: Develop all creative angles and concepts for product advertising on Meta.
• Design project management: Lead and coordinate projects with our design team, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
• CRM collaboration: Manage the relationship and day-to-day work with our CRM team to align content with lifecycle and retention efforts.
• Social content & creators: Lead and execute our social media content strategy with external creators, with a strong focus on TikTok.
• Community management: Own and grow the strategy for our Facebook customer community, expanding its reach and engagement.
• E-commerce content: Lead the strategy and execution of content across our Shopify store.
• Landing pages: Design and execute landing pages that convert.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in content management, ideally within e-commerce or consumer brands.
• Fluent English and a strong working level of German (written and spoken).
• An open mind and genuine curiosity for new AI technologies, with the versatility to adopt and apply them across your work.
• A creative mindset paired with solid project management skills.
• Experience working with designers, CRM teams, and content creators.
• Hands-on familiarity with Meta advertising, TikTok, Facebook communities, and Shopify.
• A self-starter attitude suited to a remote or hybrid working setup.
