As we continue to expand our presence across Europe, we are looking for a highly motivated Channel Marketing Specialist to drive retail marketing excellence and strengthen our partnerships across the DACH region.
Your Responsibilities
As the Channel Marketing Specialist for DACH, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all channel marketing activities and retail activations across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute channel marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement retail activations, promotions, and in-store marketing campaigns across DACH.
- Collaborate closely with retail partners, distributors, and internal sales teams to maximize brand visibility and sell-through.
- Manage point-of-sale materials, merchandising initiatives, and retail marketing assets.
- Coordinate product launches and seasonal marketing campaigns within retail and channel environments.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support trade shows, roadshows, dealer events, and partner marketing initiatives.
- Manage channel marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with corporate marketing guidelines across all partner activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail and distribution partners.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in channel marketing, trade marketing, retail marketing, or related commercial marketing functions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented working style.
- Native-level German language skills (written and spoken).
- Good English skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Valid Class B driving license preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region as required.
