This role will be part of the Operations Projects Tower for Group Technology, responsible for delivering complex strategic change initiatives across operational domains including Infrastructure, Networks, Cloud, End User Compute, Service Management, and M&A onboarding projects. The Tower oversees multiple project portfolios, each led by senior change and people leaders, and ensures end-to-end project delivery, financial oversight, and alignment with business strategy. Key responsibilities include managing project budgets, prioritization, planning, and partnering with senior business leaders to achieve successful outcomes

The Head of Section for Data Network and Voice Programs will be responsible for leading and delivering two complex global change portfolios—Networks and Voice (Call Center)—across all MRE group entities. This role involves defining and managing a prioritized, funded change roadmap in close collaboration with key stakeholders, including Global Infrastructure and Security, IRM, entity CIOs, Procurement, and other Global IT leaders. The position also requires strong executive relationship management and ensures alignment of initiatives with strategic business objectives.’

Your Job

  • Lead and oversee complex global change portfolios in Networks and Voice, ensuring alignment with the MRE Group’s strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to create and implement a prioritized, multi-year change roadmap for Networks and Voice initiatives
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with entity CIOs, Procurement, Information Risk Management (IRM), and Global IT leaders to support collaborative success
  • Drive the MRE Group’s Cloud and Data Center strategy, focusing on consolidating over 20 diverse data centers and advancing cloud and hybrid-cloud projects to reduce physical technical debt
  • Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with key external vendors (e.g., Cisco, Aruba, Fortigate) to effectively deliver data center strategies
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resources, proactively addressing deviations and formulating multi-year strategies for transformation investments, while integrating operational impacts into plans
  • Ensure all activities comply with IT global standards and norms, promoting a secure and compliant operational environment
  • Inspire, mentor, and empower team members, fostering an inclusive environment that supports professional growth and successful project outcomes
  • Provide direction and oversight for the portfolio, applying appropriate project management methodologies and tools, while managing dependencies across IT and business areas


Your Profile

  • Over 7 years of experience leading globally distributed teams, with a focus on inclusive leadership, empowerment, and creating equitable opportunities for high performance and career development
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale IT Networks and Voice portfolios within complex, multi-layered organizations. Skilled at navigating high-dependency environments and fostering strong stakeholder collaboration
  • Adept at managing large-scale program budgets and driving cost optimization. Brings a proactive, mentoring approach to financial accountability, ensuring all portfolio impacts are strategically planned, forecasted, and reflected in future-year budgets
  • Broad experience across IT disciplines including Service Management, Networking, Cloud, Data Centers, Workplace, and Applications. Adept at integrating complex systems to deliver seamless business support
  • Proven ability to engage, influence, and align diverse stakeholders to deliver strategic change. Skilled in building trust and achieving consensus in high-impact decision-making environments.
  • An emphatic manager with a high focus on mentorship and enablement and well-connected to the business divisions globally
  • Versatile in applying methodologies such as SAFe, Agile, and Waterfall to support successful project outcomes. Selects and adapts methodologies to meet the unique needs of each initiative.
