Plenitude On the Road is seeking a DSO & Supplier Manager to support the rollout and operation of its EV charging network in the DAT area.
The candidate will be part of the Rollout Team based in Germany, with availability for short site visits across the country and occasional meetings at Plenitude On the Road headquarters in Italy.
The DSO & Supplier Manager plays a crucial role in the efficiency and productivity of the Rollout Team. You will work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments. Your responsibilities will include managing and organising administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, handling inquiries, preparing reports and supporting various business operations. You will be key in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by assisting with scheduling, data entry, document management and overseeing external partners such as DSOs and suppliers. Your ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with various departments will directly contribute to the organization’s success.
The position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills in German, and very good verbal and written skills in English. Knowledge of Italian and other languages is an advantage.

Main Responsibilities
- Processing and managing documents such as invoices, purchase orders and contracts for the Engineering department.
- Updating and maintaining databases with accurate and relevant information.
- Preparing and following up on DSO applications to ensure the timely realisation of infrastructure projects.
- Managing suppliers and participating in supplier selection within cross-functional teams.
- Ensuring the timely and correct delivery of materials or services in terms of quality.
- Verifying supplier invoices against the actual delivery of materials and services.
- Optimising and reducing supplier-related costs.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
- Preparing and generating reports, presentations and correspondence as required.
- Managing and organising both physical and electronic files to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Supplier Manager or in a similar role.
- Proficient in SAP, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational, time management and multitasking skills, with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong analytical thinking.
