You will be working with major OEMs and Tier1s globally while translating requirements into products which offer real added value to the next generation of electric drive trains in E-Mobility applications and collaborate in a highly motivated international team. In your new role you will:

• Lead definition of next generation of our molded automotive power module solutions for inverter applications based on the product roadmap
• Drive design ins from the technical side towards business win at our direct customers (OEMs, Tier1s) in close collaboration with product marketing
• Drive inverter system optimization, like optimizing complementary components (thermal stack, DC-Link capacitor) and integration concepts together with internal and external partners
• Capture product requirements based on application trends and customer feedback for automotive inverter applications
• Actively contribute to the product roadmap within the product definition team and in close collaboration with the marketing team
• Create product related collaterals like application notes, whitepapersand training material to support the technical promotion of our next generation automotive power module products
  
  

You work thoroughly on making things better, faster and more efficient and remain focused on solutions. You are able to break down complex information into understandable pieces and as a true team player you work perseveringly together with your colleagues on developing ideas to their full implementation and application.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or similar studies
• More than 8 years of professional experience in a technical environment within automotive power semiconductors or automotive power electronics
• At least 5 years of professional experience in technical marketing or similar positions for molded automotive power modules
• Solid experience in developing power electronics or power electronic components in an automotive environment (OEM, Tier1, Tier2)
• Knowledge and technical experience in electrical and inverter-related designs, including the integration of power semiconductors
• Experience in leading and structuring complex technical discussions in cross-functional teams and with customers or suppliers
• Willingness to travel, sometimes with high frequency
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills; ideally German as well
