Your mission

As an Insurance Solutions Lead, you will be the go-to expert for shaping DXC’s insurance solutions, helping drive new business, and supporting strategic client conversations.

You’ll bridge the gap between sales and offerings, working across lines of business and geographies to:

  • Define solution roadmaps and go-to-market strategies for P&C, Life, and Reinsurance segments
  • Develop scalable, repeatable solutions that address industry pain points
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to shape winning pursuits
  • Lead responses to RFPs/RFIs and craft compelling value propositions
  • Deliver client-facing pre-sales workshops and assessments
  • Produce high-quality collateral (presentations, thought leadership, benchmarks)
  • Represent DXC in insurance forums, conferences, and client advisory boards
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers at global insurers

Must-have Experience

  • 10+ years in the insurance industry, either at insurers, solution vendors, or consulting firms
  • Strong domain knowledge in at least one of:
    • Core policy administration and claims platforms
    • Digital distribution and customer experience
    • Underwriting transformation and automation
    • Reinsurance management
    • Data, analytics, and AI in insurance
  • Proven track record in shaping and selling insurance transformation deals
  • Experience engaging with C-level business and IT stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of insurance operating models, regulatory environments, and ecosystem trends
  • Strong proposal writing, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Experience working across global, matrixed organizations
  • Fluent German and English
