Summary

We are looking for a “VS / Crypto Administrator (f/m/d)” for the “Security Operations” department at the Taufkirchen site as soon as possible.

The “Security Operations” department is responsible, among other things, for implementing and complying with the requirements of the Security Manual (GHB).

Your Tasks

• Supporting the full-time VS/crypto administrator at the site: working in the VS crypto material store, VS administration and crypto administration, receiving and issuing VS material/documents, duplicating and destroying VS, permanent checks of VS not stored in the VS registry or VS archive (for VS owners in the project), permanent checks of the restricted and control zones in consultation with the VS restricted zone managers
• Maintaining the VS order inventory, the official restricted and control zones, as well as the VS deposit boxes. Ongoing examination and checking of classified information for completeness, clarification of queries regarding classified information procedures with the BMWK, taking into account confidentiality and data protection regulations. Ensuring courier dispatch and instructing authorized employees
• Independent management of classified security files and documents. Maintaining sensitive security data in the IT tools approved for this purpose. Independent recording and maintenance of newly added security requirements/regulations. Defining the necessary inspection and control cycles
• Independent, autonomous handling of security-typical administrative activities, including correspondence and security data maintenance for the area of material security/secret security registry, handling of correspondence with the authorities involved (BMWK, NDA, Office for the Protection of the Constitution, etc. security authorities)
• Courier trips to Bundeswehr offices and/or military properties
• Support in personnel secret protection (e.g. for VS orders and subcontracts, security notifications (domestic and foreign), courier passes, security checks)

• Completed vocational training (technical or commercial) or comparable
• High degree of independence, initiative and commitment
• Structured way of working
• Willingness to carry out an extended security check
• Fluency in German and knowledge of English advantageous
