The position is ideally to be filled from mid-August/ early September.

YOUR TASKS 

• You will support the PAYBACK countries in various areas of the company - from marketing strategy to partner integration, from product development to innovation 
• You create market analyses for the further development of markets, products & strategies and take an active role in brand management for all PAYBACK countries 
• You are part of the further development of global partners - from country launch to digitalization strategy 
• You work on the conception and implementation of international, digital and classic marketing campaigns and support the preparation of program strategy decision templates 
• You help colleagues with global rollouts, concepts and campaigns 
    

YOUR PROFILE 

• You are studying economics or communication sciences or a comparable degree program and are in your advanced semester 
• You ideally have initial professional experience in the areas of strategic marketing, business development or product development and experience in an international environment 
• You have good MS Office skills 
• You have analytical skills and work in a structured manner 
• Your German and English skills are very good

Die Stelle ist im Idealfall ab Mitte August/ Anfang September zu besetzen. 

DEINE AUFGABEN 

• Du unterstützt bei der Betreuung der PAYBACK Länder in unterschiedlichen Unternehmensbereichen – von Marketingstrategie bis Partneranbindung, von Produktentwicklung bis Innovation 
• Du erstellst Marktanalysen zur Weiterentwicklung von Märkten, Produkten & Strategien und übernimmst eine aktive Rolle im Brand Management für alle PAYBACK Länder 
• Du bist Teil der Weiterentwicklung von globalen Partnern – von Länderlaunch bis Digitalisierungsstrategie 
• Du arbeitest bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung internationaler, digitaler und klassischer Marketingkampagnen mit und unterstützt bei der Aufbereitung programmstrategischer Entscheidungsvorlagen 
• Du hilfst den Kolleg:innen bei globalen Roll-outs, Konzeptionen und Kampagnen 

DEIN PROFIL 

• Du studierst Wirtschafts- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften bzw. einen vergleichbaren Studiengang und bist im fortgeschrittenen Semester 
• Du bringst idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen strategisches Marketing, Business Development oder Produktentwicklung und Erfahrungen im internationalen Umfeld mit 
• Du hast gute MS Office-Kenntnisse 
• Du besitzt analytische Fähigkeiten und arbeitest strukturiert 
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
