e-Mobility Operations Specialist (m/f/d) - #2198660

TRATON Charging Solutions is on a mission to accelerate the electrification of commercial transport across Europe. We are now seeking an e-Mobility Operations Specialist to the Operations and Data-team, with a particular focus on MAN.
This role is ideal for someone who likes to work in a fast-paced environment and to work with many different stakeholders. It involves frequent international collaboration and offers a dynamic work environment with a diverse range of tasks that value a can-do-attitude, effective relationship management, and adaptability. As our Operational Specialist, you will be responsible for the quality of the service, acting on customer feedback and deliver value to our customers and support TRATON GROUP’s electrification agenda.

/ Lead the setup of systems for new country and market rollouts, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence
/ Ensure a seamless customer journey and the integration of TCS services into the brand ecosystem of MAN
/ Gather input from different sources in order to build and maintain the best truck charging network in Europe
/ Enable different trainings for external and internal stakeholders through all operational processes, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
/  Offer operational and financial support to ensure efficient day-to-day processes, contributing to the overall success of the organization

/ Enjoying engaging with others and building strong relationships
/ Demonstrating an interest in both technical and holistic understanding, continuously expanding their knowledge base
/ Natural inclination to support and teach others, contributing to a collaborative work environment
/ A solid educational foundation is essential. Business or engineering background is preferred, but not mandatory
/ Excellent communication skills in English. Fluency in German is a bonus but not a must
