YOU have ...

• You have a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, automotive engineering or a comparable qualification
• You have professional experience in the field of variant coding or configuration management, ideally in the automotive industry
• You have several years of experience in the environment of our customer BMW
• You have experience with the processes and tools in the series support of components in the automotive sector
• You have knowledge of relevant tools and systems (e.g. SAP, PDM systems). e.g. SAP, PDM systems)
• You have language skills according to CEF: German - C1; English - B2
• You are characterized by a confident manner, strong communication skills, assertiveness as well as analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  
  

YOU are someone who …

• You are responsible for the creation and maintenance of variant coding for various vehicle models
• You ensure the correct implementation of variants in the production systems
• You work together with the development departments to coordinate variant requirements
• You carry out tests and validations of the variant coding
• You analyze and correct errors in the variant coding
• You document and continuously improve the coding processes
