Ihre Aufgaben

• Leitung des Finanzteams für eine Private Equity-gestützte CRO in Europa.
• Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Finanzstrategien.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management zur Erreichung finanzieller Ziele.
• Führung der Budgetierung, Prognose und Finanzberichterstattung.
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Finanzstandards und -richtlinien.
• Optimierung von Finanzprozessen und -systemen zur Effizienzsteigerung.
• Teilnahme an strategischen Entscheidungen und M&A-Aktivitäten zur Unterstützung des Unternehmenswachstums.

Profil

• Bachelor-Abschluss in Finanzwesen, Rechnungswesen oder einem verwandten Bereich; MBA oder CPA bevorzugt
• Umfassende Erfahrung in Führungspositionen im Finanzbereich innerhalb der klinischen Forschungsbranche
• Eingehende Kenntnisse der Finanzvorschriften und -standards in der EU-Region
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, strategisches Denken und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, leistungsstarke Finanzteams zu leiten und zu entwickeln
• Fähigkeit, sich in einem dynamischen und komplexen Umfeld zurechtzufinden

Your profile
