Your mission
As a Working Student you will:
- assist in collecting, cleaning, and validating data from various sources (IT systems and teams) for over 320 properties
- support data entry and maintain data accuracy and integrity
- perform basic data analysis
- support with documentation
- assist with data-related administrative tasks as required
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel (functions, formulas, transposing, pivot tables)
- Real estate knowledge and understanding of real estate return metrics is desirable
- Familiarity with data management
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication skills
Ideal Candidate
- Suitable for students pursuing degree in real estate, finance, economics, or data analytics
- Available immediately, at least 3 full days per week
- Duration: June to August
