As our Senior Product Manager (f/m/d), you'll step into a high-impact, growth-driving role where you'll directly own a key part of our platform. This isn't a typical PM position; at Sastrify, our Product Managers are expected to make bold calls, ship fast, and demonstrate measurable business outcomes, with direct exposure to our founders. YOUR MISSION

What you’ll do as our Senior Product Manager (f/m/d)

  • Own end-to-end delivery and execution excellence for a key part of our platform, specifically focusing on IT Compliance, Risk Management & Procurement ensuring maximum customer impact.
  • Lead and scale our Integration Ecosystem, enabling seamless connectivity with third-party tools used by IT, Procurement, and Finance teams.
  • Own and evolve our Browser Extension experience which is a critical component in Shadow IT detection and SaaS usage analytics.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our founders and leadership to align product direction with company vision and customer needs.
  • Translate our product vision into a clear, actionable roadmap, working closely with leadership and the broader product team to rapidly ship high-quality features.
  • Drive product discovery, idea validation, and iterative development, expertly managing the backlog to prioritize and ensure we're always building the right solutions.
  • You’ll often wear multiple hats - from coordinating with sales and support, to crafting release communications and sometimes even diving into onboarding guides or data instrumentation plans.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with designers and developers, facilitating agile processes to accelerate time-to-market.
  • Effectively liaise with internal stakeholders (including Sales and Customer Success) to align on needs, manage expectations, and ensure successful product adoption. Partner with Marketing to shape positioning, GTM strategies, internal education, and external release communications.
  • Serve as the go-to owner for your product area, accountable not just for delivery, but for clearly demonstrating your product's impact on company-level goals. You'll be expected to define, measure, and communicate business outcomes that result from your team’s work.
  • Foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement within your team and across cross-functional partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building B2B SaaS products end-to-end, with a strong focus on stellar execution and delivering high-quality solutions that maximize customer impact.
  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience, ideally in IT, Procurement, Finance, or Compliance domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive rapid, iterative development from discovery through successful launch.
  • Proven success delivering high-impact features end-to-end, including integrations and workflow-heavy products.
  • A strong bias for action, ownership, and accountability, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
  • A pragmatic problem-solver who embraces change and applies the 80/20 rule to drive continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills (oral and written in English). Able to tailor messaging to both technical and non-technical audiences, working seamlessly within cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations.
  • We are a fully-remote team. However we’d ideally like you to be based in Munich or commutable distance for regular in-person collaboration with our CEO, Sven.
