We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager Mom & Baby Care -Europe (m/f /d) to join our team.

We offer a hybrid way of working, with 2 days a week spent in the office.

• Dive into European markets: uncover emerging trends, customer insights, and competitive strategies through comprehensive market research
• Harness the power of data: analyze sales performance and customer feedback to craft innovative product positioning and marketing strategies
• Shape the future of our product portfolio: from pricing strategies to product launches, your expertise will drive success at every stage
• Create impactful marketing campaigns: design integrated strategies that showcase our products across digital platforms, social media, PR, and events
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to ensure our products exceed market expectations and deliver exceptional value
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop educational materials and programs that enhance product understanding
• Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including regional sales teams, healthcare professionals, and distributors
  
  

What You Bring Along

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the consumer healthcare, medical device, or FMCG sectors, with a focus on Mom & Baby Care products
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a competitive market
• Fluent in English: proficiency in other European languages is a plus
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
