Responsibilities

  • Patient/ Insurances Acquisition (B2B2C): Responsible for acquiring patients through strategic partnerships with health companies and developing new service offerings
  • Partnership Development: Act as the Foreign Minister for Partnerships and Strategy, with a comprehensive understanding of TeleClinic's products, services, and the digital health market
  • Leadership: Coach and mentor a cross-functional team of growth managers, designers, product manager and software developer who are always up for challenges and expect a fast-paced working style
  • Strategic Coordination: Coordinate complex partnerships within the TeleClinic organization, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of the product
  • Business Opportunities: Independently identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expand TeleClinic's leading platform position
  • Project Management: Lead and manage partnership projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to support business objectives
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape insights that inform partnership strategies

Strengths

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus
  • Proven Leadership: 3-5+ years of partnership development or business development experience with demonstrated team leadership success
  • Experience: Proven track record in partnership development, business development, or a related field
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage complex projects and drive & growth KPIs
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding
  • of platform products and services, as well as the healthcare market in Germany
  • Language: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
