The People Operations Coordinator will coordinate the daily functions of a global People Operations team including new hire onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, offboarding, company policies and practices. The People Operations Coordinator will coordinate the daily functions of a global People Operations team including new hire onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, offboarding, company policies and practices. Duties/Responsibilities
- Assist with People Operations administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, contracts, and benefits documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, keeping our processes up to date with regulations.
- Maintain and optimize HRIS and internal systems to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee journey.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and effective support.

- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations’ HRIS and talent management systems.
- Ability to travel internationally 2-3 times per year.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- At least three years of administration or human resources administration in a global startup environment experience preferred.
