We are looking for a people-oriented leader to head our HR Data Analytics and Reporting team. This team - comprising data scientists, HR data strategists, and HR data analysts across Munich, Porto, and Villach - will merge under HR Digital on October 1. Your role will be to shape it into a unified, high-performing team with a clear purpose and strategic direction within HR Digital, serving all of HR. In your new role you will:
- Build and lead a cohesive international team with a shared vision and direction as part of the HR Digital Strategy
- Refine the team’s role reflecting “create value from data” and align it with our broader HR goals
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR analytics and reporting strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business objectives
- Identify key HR metrics and develop dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions to support HR decision-making
- Foster the development of the team’s data scientists and strengthen their connection with the wider data science community at Infineon
- Create strong collaboration between data scientists, HR data analysts, and reporting experts to support data-driven HR organization
- Create a roadmap to foster scalable, future-ready reporting landscape with a focus on self-service solutions
- Support KPI-driven discussions across HR and guide decisions with clear insights based on data
- Manage key stakeholders across HR and IT HR
You are best equipped for this task if you have/if you are:
- A degree in Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in data analytics, reporting and leading people
- A leadership mindset and experience in building or guiding teams, ideally in a dynamic or evolving environment
- The ability to define strategy and connect data initiatives with business and HR priorities
- Strong communication skills and experience managing diverse or complex stakeholder groups
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with a passion for using data to drive business decisions - not as a technical expert, but as someone who understands how to turn data into valuable insights and actions
- Skilled in aligning cross-functional teams through data-driven discussions and shared goals
- Fluency in English and in German
