Your Role

As Culture Manager, you are responsible for bringing FINN’s core values to life and creating meaningful connections across teams. Your priority will be to drive initiatives that develop our culture in line with our company growth and build a feeling of community through company-wide team events. You will be part of FINN’s People Experience team and will be working closely with stakeholders across the entire organisation.

Your Responsibilities

• Own our Team Events: You make sure that all of our company-wide events are a true success and create opportunities for our team to connect and grow together. From planning to execution, you are the first point of contact for suppliers, agencies and internal requests and make sure to create an inclusive, welcoming space.
• Make everyone a FINN Culture Ambassador: With your holistic view on how our company strategy and culture intertwine, you play a key role in creating an inclusive space at FINN in which everyone can maximise their impact on our success. Your Profile

• Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business administration, human resources, event management or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a People & Culture role or similar is a strong plus.
• Empathic communicator with a problem solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Highly value driven with the ability to excite and convince others about your point of view.
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills to master your day-to-day tasks.
