You will be part of FINN’s People Experience team and will be working closely with stakeholders across the entire organisation.

- Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business administration, human resources, event management or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a People & Culture role or similar is a strong plus.
- Empathic communicator with a problem solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Highly value driven with the ability to excite and convince others about your point of view.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills to master your day-to-day tasks.
- Fluent in German and English.
