Your challenge

Advantech has computers and computer parts coming in and going out on a daily basis. It’s up to you to make sure this happens in a good and decent way. Without you, no customer would ever receive his ordered goods!

Your responsibility

You are active in the daily execution of warehouse activities. Of course, this means receiving, storing and sending. We see it as very important that everyone in the warehouse is all-around. That means that your days are never the same! An average day might have the following tasks:

• Packing and unpacking goods;
• Picking items based on customer orders;
• Receiving, inspecting, and booking incoming goods in the system;
• Storing items and performing inventory checks;
• Ensuring warehouse safety and proper use of equipment;
• Keeping the warehouse clean and organized;
• Maintaining documentation and preparing reports;
• Collaborating closely with your teammates and the team leader.

Who are you?

With years of hands-on experience under your belt, you know what needs to be done — and how to do it right. Your commitment to delivering high-quality work is crucial when handling delicate products. We’re looking for someone who has:

• Completed training as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist, with a strong background in order processing and logistics operations;
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics, including a minimum of 2 years in administrative roles;
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, ERP systems, and forwarder software — familiarity with Power BI is a plus;
• A technical background and a strong understanding of logistics processes;
• Excellent skills in documentation and reporting;
• Knowledge of export procedures (preferred);
• Fluency in both English and German, spoken and written.
