We are seeking a dedicated First Line IT Specialist

What will I be doing

• Be the first point of contact for internal IT support across global IQM offices.
• Set up end-user devices and onboard new employees to IT tools and services.
• Resolve or escalate IT service requests in line with internal SLAs.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure availability of hardware.
• Collaborate with second-line support and other IT functions.
• Improve documentation and customer-facing IT support materials.
• Participate in internal support development projects
  
  

What Skills Do I Need

• Experience in hands-on IT support (min. 1 year).
• Strong understanding of general IT systems and service processes.
• Collaborative and service-minded attitude.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Awareness of information security and business continuity principles.
