Tasks
The role: Working Student – Marketing, Events & Office (d/f/m)
Drive our marketing on LinkedIn and our website - and help bring our Oktoberfest event to life.
Responsibilities:
- Design and publish our monthly Data Series posts for LinkedIn, ensuring clear and engaging visuals. Manage the data extraction, analysis and visualization.
- Create and refine client updates, internal updates, and content for LinkedIn and our company’s content hub.
- Maintain and update our monthly LinkedIn Analysis dashboard to track engagement and performance.
- Optimize our website’s SEO performance to increase visibility and reach.
- Develop and enhance content and design elements for our website to improve user engagement.
- Organize and support company events such as our Oktoberfest conference event and team trips to Austria, and more.
- Manage office supplies and assist with logistics during potential office move.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience with content creation, social media management, and basic design tools (eg. PowerPoint).
- Ability to analyze social media and website performance using LinkedIn analytics and Excel.
- Understanding of SEO principles and website optimization; basic knowledge of website design (familiarity with WordPress is a plus).
- Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid European Union work permit is required.
- Fluent in English (German is not required).
