Test Engineer for Passive Safety - #2120102

IMQ CSI Deutschland GmbH, due to the expansion of its workforce, is looking for a Passive Safety test engineer in the automotive sector to support the customer in crash tests.

Technical skills and knowledge:

• Coordination and management of vehicle crash tests (frontal, side, and rear impact);
• Support for the crash lab during vehicle preparation and post-test teardown;
• Supervision of test execution in accordance with legal regulations, consumer protection standards, and customer-specific requirements;
• Interface communication and alignment between the crash lab and development departments;
• Analysis, evaluation, and accurate documentation of test results;
• Preparation of test reports in line with customer specifications and official guidelines.
  
  
  

Personal skills and attitudes:

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor;
• Structured, self-reliant working style, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail;
• Native-level German speaker with fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
  
  
  

Professional and educational requirements:

• Degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a comparable technical field;
• Minimum of 1–3 years of professional experience in the automotive industry, experience in crash testing is a plus;
• Proficiency in MS Office and a solid understanding of IT systems and structures.
