The Role

Are you passionate about hospitality and love turning guest enquiries into seamless experiences? As our Reservations & Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests and corporate clients, managing reservations and supporting sales across key markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys multitasking, and delivers 5-star service with every interaction. You’ll play a critical part in ensuring our guests feel welcome from the first message to check-in, while helping drive revenue and build B2B relationships.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage offline individual and group reservations from initial inquiry to check-in, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
  • Handle amendments, cancellations, invoicing, and payment collection with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Upsell room categories and additional services to maximise revenue.
  • Respond to guest queries across multiple platforms (email, phone, chat, OTA channels) with a friendly, brand-aligned tone.
  • Collaborate with the B2B Sales team to respond to RFPs and support corporate rate agreements.
  • Load and maintain rates for corporate clients in PMS (Mews) and GDS with the Distribution team.
  • Generate monthly reporting on B2B sales production for internal stakeholders.
  • Support the sales team in preparing for events, FAM trips, giveaways, and more.

Our 5-star candidate:

  • Brings prior experience in customer service, hospitality or reservations experience is preferred.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks with ease.
  • Demonstrates a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for detail.
  • Understands how to deliver outstanding guest service that feels both personal and professional.
  • Preferably is familiar with Mews or other property management systems.
  • Is collaborative, organised, and enthusiastic about contributing to a strong team culture.
  • Shows interest in personal and professional growth, and is eager to learn and evolve within the company.
  • Has excellent communication skills in English (German is a big plus).
