What you'll do

• Architect comprehensive data strategies for customer-facing commercial topics in our Knauf Digital sales, marketing and service excellence organization, fostering collaboration across departments to optimize data quality and utilization
• Define the product vision and establish a long-term roadmap for key digital products, including PIM, DAM, CDP and additional data platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Provide transformative leadership by setting clear expectations, supporting agile team development, and nurturing an inclusive environment that promotes growth and innovation
• Define and enforce comprehensive data governance standards, collaborating strategically with external partners to enhance the delivery and scalability of data products and services
• Direct budgetary planning and strategic alignment of data product development, optimizing resources and guiding talent acquisition processes to build and maintain a high-performance team in support of Knauf Digital’s long-term goals
  
  
  

Who you are

• Experienced in working in a sales and marketing organization driving data topics, you bring a visionary perspective on emerging technologies and trends
• Knowledgeable in data governance and harmonization projects in marketing, sales or service organizations
• Known for your ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, impactful narratives for diverse audiences
• Proven track record in inspiring teams and navigating organizational change towards data-driven practices
• Strategic thinker with a knack for planning, team development, and resource management to drive long-term success
