We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will become part of our team and support your customers from onboarding the first construction site to the rollout of multiple features. You will be your customers' central point of contact and responsible for their success. Together with our Co-founder, you will lay the foundation for developing our existing customers.

What You Will Be Building

  • Guide new customers through onboarding, product setup, and training to ensure seamless integration and product adoption
  • Lead customer training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations to enhance knowledge and usage of our product
  • Conduct regular check-ins to track progress, gather feedback, and align on future objectives
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer engagement with our product
  • Oversee customer lifecycle management, continuously identifying areas for improvement and optimization
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to help create customer success playbooks and resources
  • Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, including product, sales, and customer enablement

What You Need To Succeed

  • 3+ years of experience as a customer success manager, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships while being able to drive cross-team collaboration
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to solve complex problems while maintaining a customer-centric, proactive approach
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple accounts independently, balancing various priorities and customer needs
  • Very good English and German skills. Swiss German and French skills would be nice to have
