The Role

Are you an analytical and communicative team player, passionate about translating complex tech solutions into clear marketing strategies? Join our Product Marketing team as a Associate Product Manager (m/f/d) and support the success of our Enterprise solutions with impactful campaigns, strong messaging, and meaningful product communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage release communications for our enterprise product line, including coordination and content creation.
• Develop compelling sales-boosting concepts in collaboration with the marketing team, especially for product launches and new topics.
• Prepare sales materials such as product descriptions and impactful product presentations.
• Support customer-facing value analysis projects and help create business cases and reference stories.
• Ensure alignment of marketing content with product strategy and customer needs.
• Translate technical content into accessible messages for various audiences.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Business Informatics/Engineering, or similar.
• First professional experience in Product Marketing or Product Management in a B2B and tech-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills, fast learner, and execution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to communicate complex topics in a clear, persuasive manner.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Word (Excel is a plus).
• Collaborative spirit with the ability to work across departments and a passion for software products and customer value.
