Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Renewals Manager to join our EMEA Renewals business leading the DACH team. Reporting to the Senior Renewals Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Focussing on general business and help guide customer renewals and upsell business opportunities by qualifying and nurturing Zscaler's installed base to support our growing business.
  • Ownership of a team of Renewals specialists and their defined areas, create account strategies, and collaborate with Customer Success, Sales and other ecosystem teams to close deals.
  • Focus on team enablement, training, and culture development.
  • Help build long term relationships with our customers to ensure continued partnership.


What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 5+ years of experience in Renewals or Sales, Customer Success Strategy / Revenue Operations in a SaaS environment
  • 2+ years of experience in managing, hiring, and motivating a team
  • Experience in a software Saas company
  • Experience orchestrating large-scale transformation projects.


What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Experience in SAAS Security renewals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related experience
  • Experience with security fundamentals such as firewalls, proxies and web security gateways
