Your mission

You’re about to finish your studies (or just have) and want a role where tech and people meet. As a Junior Solution Engineer in our Pre-Sales team, you'll become the bridge between our customers and our platform. Working alongside our Sales and Pre-Sales team, you'll learn to show what revel8 can do technically, turn customer requirements into solutions, and make sure prospects understand the full power of our software. From day one you work on real customer conversations, and your responsibility grows as you gain experience.

Your Day-to-day

• Technical Advisory: You support prospects through the sales cycle. You start by preparing and co-running product demos, and over time you lead your own demos and technical deep-dives tailored to each customer.
• Proof of Concept (PoC) Support: You help set up and run technical evaluation phases and make sure customers can see the success of the solution in black and white, taking on more ownership of PoCs as you grow.
• Platform Expert in the Making: You get to know our platform inside and out and quickly become a go-to person for technical questions in the team.
• Customer Enablement: You show customers how to get the most out of our AI features for their specific security goals.
  
  

Is it you we are looking for?

You...

• Are about to finish or have recently completed a degree. Computer science, business informatics, engineering and similar fields are a great fit, but what matters most is your technical curiosity and how you work.
• Have gained some first practical experience, ideally 1–3 years, e.g. through internships, working student positions, university projects or a customer-facing technical role. Experience in a customer-facing or technical role is a plus, but not a must.
• Love understanding how things work and pick up new technologies quickly, with the drive to know our product inside out so customers get the most value from it.
• Enjoy explaining complex topics in simple words, whether in a demo, a workshop or a quick call.
• Take ownership, ask good questions and are excited to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Are fluent in both German and English (written and spoken) and can communicate confidently with our team, customers, and stakeholders.

revel8 is building the next generation of cybersecurity awareness for the age of GenAI. We help organizations protect themselves against modern social engineering attacks by turning their employees into an active line of defense.

It's been a fast ride so far: Founded in August 2024 by Tom and Julius, we moved to the Merantix Campus in Berlin and welcomed Robert as our CTO and co-founder shortly after. We landed our first enterprise customer in March 2025, raised our €5.1M seed round in September 2025, and moved the whole team back to Munich in February 2026. Today, we are around 60 revels working side by side in our new office every day.
