We are looking for a driven and structured Business Development & Capture Manager to help us win public-sector tenders and turn opportunities into contracts. Together with our capture team, you will pursue tenders, develop proposals, and lead contract negotiations. At the same time, you will build the reporting, management, and knowledge structures that support our executive management as TYTAN scales. This role is ideal for someone who combines commercial drive with a structured working style and wants to contribute directly to national defense.

Your roadmap to make an impact

• Take ownership of pursuing and winning tenders together with the capture team
• Prepare and lead contract negotiations and develop proposals
• Build and further develop reporting structures and processes
• Prepare and document executive management meetings and maintain management tools
• Build and further develop knowledge management

Job requirements

• Completed degree in STEM, business or political science from a leading university
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in business development, sales or project management (excluding military service or reserve duty)
• Military experience is an advantage
• Experience in public procurement or with public-sector clients is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite and confident use of AI tools
• High level of commitment and willingness to travel
• Ability and willingness to work in a high-consequence environment, contributing to national defense
• Interest in controlling, reporting and preparing meetings for executive management
• Quick learner with a structured working style and strong coordination skills
• Discretion and a confidential approach to sensitive information
• Willingness to undergo a security clearance
