Founders Associate: Strategy & Ops; Sales (m/f/d) - #2769129

As Founders Associate, you work directly with our founders and take on real responsibility from day one. You choose one of our tracks:

• Sales: B2B sales, hands-on. You own your leads from research to outreach, run first calls using our framework and help decide which deals enter our sales cycle. Coaching and feedback come straight from our sales team.
• Strategy & Ops: Sales plus projects. You're in close touch with customers, just like in the Sales track: research, outreach and first calls. On top of that, you take on your own projects with our founders, such as market analysis, KPIs or internal processes.

What you bring – all tracks

• Initiative and the will to take ownership
• Living in or willing to come to Munich, on site in our office
• Unrestricted work permit for Germany
• Very good German and English, written and spoken
• Strong communication skills and confidence, including on the phone
• Motivation matters more to us than prior experience – we'll teach you what you need to know
