 YOUR ROLE
 

The Guest Services Associate - Night (Night Audit) is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service throughout the overnight shift while ensuring all night audit procedures and Front Office responsibilities are completed accurately and efficiently. As an ambassador of the hotel, you create memorable guest experiences, support overnight hotel operations, and ensure a seamless transition between evening and morning shifts.

 
 HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
 

*Deliver exceptional and personalized guest service throughout the overnight shift.
*Perform Front Desk operations, including guest arrivals, departures, inquiries, and requests.
*Complete the Night Audit process accurately and ensure all financial transactions are balanced and reconciled.
*Support the overnight operation of the hotel by assisting with Housekeeping, Bell Services, and In-Room Dining tasks as required, ensuring service standards are maintained across all guest touchpoints.
*Follow up on outstanding arrivals, guest requests, and operational matters to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
*Maintain accurate guest profiles, reports, and shift documentation in line with hotel standards.
*Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve guest concerns, support overnight operations, and prepare the hotel for the morning shift through effective handovers.
*Ensure compliance with hotel policies, financial procedures, and all fire, health, safety, and security regulations throughout the night.

 
 COULD THIS BE YOU?
 
*Minimum one year of experience in a Front Office, Guest Services, Night Audit, or similar role within a luxury hotel environment, or completed vocational training in hospitality.
*Previous experience with cash handling, financial reconciliation, or night audit procedures is preferred.
*Hands-on mentality with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
*Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
*Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and delivering exceptional service.
*Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
