What this role is about

Your day-to-day work

• Recruiting Coordination: You manage our central applicant tracking system and coordinate job interviews
• Contract Preparation: You prepare new employment contracts and make sure everything runs smoothly
• Communication: With your open and professional approach, you help create a positive candidate experience. As an internal point of contact, you communicate with colleagues across all levels and functions
• HR Projects: Once you are fully onboarded, you will independently take on exciting HR projects and actively support our operational recruiting activities
• Processes: With your eye for detail and structured way of working, you help us continuously improve our processes and make them more efficient

This role is a good fit for you if…

• You are currently enrolled at a university, ideally with a focus on HR
• You ideally already have some initial experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition/Recruiting
• You are highly organized and know how to structure your tasks effectively
• You have a solution-oriented mindset and proactively contribute your own ideas to the team
• You have practical experience working with MS Office

Compensation

• Mandatory internship: €1,000 / month
• Voluntary internship: €2,224 / month
• Working student (Bachelor): €17 / hour
• Working student (Master): €20 / hour
